Fingers are SERIOUSLY crossed!

C has an interview tomorrow.

A "Final Interview part A" interview.

The company flew one executive home from Africa for this interview.  The guy in India couldn't make it, so that will be "Final Interview part B" and it might just be over the phone.

Aside from the fact that hello, they flew a guy in from Africa and tried to fly in a guy from India, this interview is a really big deal.  If he gets this, we can finally start thinking about the future again.  Finding a home, finally getting engaged and married, starting our family.

We drove down to where the interview is yesterday, and for the first time in nearly a year C was actually talking about things we could do, what kind of house we could look for... possibilities.

C is  feeling pretty confident, which is incredible because usually before an interview he's a nervous wreck.

Even so, I'm being a good girlfriend and staying up tonight so that he won't sleep late. 

I'm praying harder than I've prayed in a long time.  I'm hoping harder than I've hoped in a while.

And even so, I'm trying not to get ahead of myself.  Trying not to get too excited.
